Hello all,

Just a note to get us started. Joined this Forum after trading our 32' Class A in for a smaller more manageable pull camper. A 2022 Wolf Pup 17JG. Getting older makes smaller look and feel better. However it is still big enough for the 4 grandkids to come along for the ride. We started our RV adventures years ago in Alaska. Now after 9 moves around the US we have finally settled down and retired. Pulling the camper fits us a lot better than pulling the car with the Class A.

Have already made some needed changes to the Wolf Pup. The list below shows that storage was the first on the list.

1. Added a 4 shelf cubby organizer under the front bed (hold 12x12 bins)
2. Added a 3 shelf cubby organizer under the bottom bunk (hold 12x12 bins)
3. Added a pop-up shelf under the cooktop
4. Add a bookcase with 4 shelves beside the kitchen counter
5. Added TV's to each of the Bunks
6. Removed the panels above the queen bed to expose the open ends of the cabinets. Added interior dividers to this area to hold clothes
7. Added a Weight Distribution storage holder mounted to the trailer tongue
8. Added an electrical outlet to the bathroom, as it came with none
9. Added blackout curtains to all windows, this helps with the sunlight
10. Added the Door window cover for privacy

OK enough for now, I can add these modifications with pictures to the other thread about new stuff, if people are interested.

You'll find many interior panels in the storage compartments thrown in to hide pipes and wires, often at odd angles. You can remove them and square them off inside the cabinet as to gain more storage room.

A lot of the outer appearance panels are held in on the back with staples. When you find an unused open space behind the panel, you can gently pound the panel back into that area, saving it for other uses. I opened up the space below my cooktop above the gas heater, much space under the sink, and quite a bit of space in the overhead cabinets by the radio. I also opened up the space above the radio. I put various sized plastic trays in those places. My door is opposite a dining bench. You may have a door there under the bench. I didn't so I popped that panel out, built a frame and moved the panel back halfway under the bench. Still retained some underbench storage and have a cubby to throw shoes into. Shoe storage is usually a problem, especially in smaller RVs.
I swear by the Extend-a-Shower curtain rod and Oxygenics shower head to making RV showering bearable.
