Picking up my first RV tomorrow! Rockwood Mini Lite 2507S. Taking it out next Monday on maiden trip. We are recently retired and are looking forward some new adventures.

Tons of good info here. Read all you can, and you will still make mistakes. But that's part of the experience. When things don't go as planned, I always tell my wife this is not a vacation, it's an adventure.
Welcome also to retirement. It's wonderful waking up, not being sure if it's a weekday or the weekend, and not caring either way.

Another Georgian here too. Congrats, we bought a trailer last August and fell in love with the hobby, we are now waiting for our Class A to come from the assembly line. This hobby sure is addictive!!

Think about attending a Rally - listed on the events tab. Some of them have threads running on this forum.

You must camp at the cg where rally is being held as you will be registering for both rally and cg space. Openings are limited as my rally filled in 1 1/2 days as I only excepted 40 rigs. (registration is now closed) You also must be a Frog member (no cost) to attend . Go here. Forest River Owners Group You can sign up on the Forest River web site. Later RJD
