New Owner Help with Jensen DVD TV

Hello, we just purchased our 2013 Forest River Georgetown. We can’t figure out the TV, Jensen DVD system. I have the DVD playing and the sound is coming through the RV overhead speakers, but we have no picture. Any help is appreciated. It’s raining on our first trip 😢 and we have nothing to watch

We have a 2018 Jensen tv and sound system.

Bizarre is the best way to describe the controls on mine. They went out of their way to make it different.

Best advice. Get the manuals. My phone has the jensen app on it. The sound system is easier to manage from there.

On mine you have to use the arc hdmi ports. Sometimes on older units they used the rca plugs to go to the tv. There needs to be a third cord then.

Sounds like you need to change the input with the remote on the tv? Depending on what model tv you have there should be some options on the screen.
