New owner, new member, need a bit of help

I'm a new member to the forum and fairly new to the RV world. I bought my first RV about 10 months ago (Cherokee Wolf Pack 295WP) and absolutely love it! Haven't really had any troubles with it until our last trip to the sand dunes in OK. The sound on the DVD player started messing up and I can't hear any voices when playing a movie. All the music and sound effects are there, but no voices. We spent hours scrolling through the setting and couldn't figure it out. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced this with their DVD palyer. Not even sure if this is the right place in the forum to be posting this, but I had to start somewhere. Would rather not pull the camper all the way up to the dealership if I can fix it myself. Any advice would be appriciated. Thank you!!!!

Dialog comes through the left, right, and center channels with surround sound. Music and sound effects come out all 4 with subwoofer.

1) Check settings for volume in the setup menus
2) pull the unit and make sure no wires came unplugged.

Did this happen gradually or all of a sudden? If it happened gradually, I would believe that some of the DVD player audio channels have gone out as herk mentioned the way the sound is routed through certain channels. If it happened suddenly, then I agree with herk, check the wires. Good luck.

Welcome as well. I should have included that, but I noted you had a problem and concentrated on that.
