New owner of Puma 18SSX

Hello. We finally after many dealerships, hundreds of different makes and models of travel trailers, months of research. We landed a good deal on a brand new Palomino Puma 18SSX . We are a married couple with no children, we live in Pennsylvania . Has anyone ever had or has a Puma 18SSX? We are picking up our RV soon from the dealership.

Hi and Welcome to FRF.
You should ask your model-specific questions in the Palomino sub-forum, not the Welcome Mat section.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Congrats and enjoy your Palomino Puma 18SSX. Don't sign anything or hand over any more $ until after the PDI and you are satisfied everything is working as it should. That will give the dealership incentive to make things right instead on bringing it back whenever they can fit you into their service schedule.
