The shakedown weekend is going well so far. Electric and gas hot water is working.
Electric and gas refrigerator is working.
Heat is working with the exception of one rear bunkhouse duct is completely blocked.
AC is working.
All lights inside and out are good to go.
So while there is a list of 4 items to be fixed, nothing is a big deal nor able to prevent immediate use of the unit.
T molding issue, one LED ceiling light, one bunkhouse duct and 15 amp slide out fuse blowing needs to all be addressed, so I'll get that dealt with by 3 Rivers Marine and RV. We got approval confirmation from Coachmen today to use them instead of Campers Inn. So I'll get better service from technicians who I trust rather than the people at the dealership.
So far we are happy and excited, we read enough to expect issues, so that's not a shock. Next will be to address these little issues and then go one our August trip to Meadville KOA and see how that goes.... Then after that.... Start moving out further! Also, by mid August I'll have the Castle Rock tires gone and out of my life.

we spent every fourth of July at Virginias Beach. Drove into presque isle and watched the fireworks from a boat this year. Was an amazing week!

If you want to be proactive you want to be watching your vent covers for cracks. It's not if they will crack but when. Welcome from Etters,PA

Is there an upgraded and higher quality vent cover? I'm also strongly considering getting a higher CFM vent fan in the bathroom ceiling vent. It's essentially a PC power supply fan that they put up there. Tiny!
Then I'm the front master bedroom they put in a ceiling vent, but no fan. WTH?

Camco 40161/40168 white unbreakable lids. Plus I put maxxair vent covers over the vents.

https://www.airxcel.com/maxxair/products/covers/maxxair These are the covers that I installed over the vents. We got the smoked ones.

I would go blacked out on both the vent lid and the cover in the master bedroom to try and keep light out, in the bathroom I would stay with white to allow light in.

You can go on the roof and look at what type of hinge you have. I went with the recommendation of others on the Apex group on Facebook.
