New Page in Life

Hello! We are now empty nesters, with our offspring in college. New page in life! So, we moved up from a hybrid to a fully enclosed TT this fall, too. I am looking forward to no longer dealing with tent-ends! So, new to this camper, but not new to camping. We're excited to plan a vacation in one of the colder months, that were a little **chilly** out in the tent end, previously. Oh! And not having to work around school schedules, too! Bonus!!

Welcome.

Two 'non-camping' things empty nest-ers need to know:

1. Your schedule will not 'ease up' because nor more school things. It'll be different, but still hectic.

2. It will take you about a year to get down to buying/cooking just enough food for 2 people. You will eventually realize how much food your teenager(s) actually consumed.

Other than that... Have fun!

Welcome from SoCal!

If you are fortunate enough to retire then you won't even have to work around work. One rapidly adjusts to daytime traffic patterns and learns to avoid weekends when possible.
