New Surveyor 191t owner

Hello everyone,

My name is Mike and my wife, daughter (6) and son (2.5) are looking forward to a great camping season. We just purchased a Surveyor 191T Hybrid Travel Trailer and will be picking it up next month.

I am a long time camper (tent/popup) and my family has been popup camping since the kids were born (6 years). We are upgrading to a hybrid from a Coleman popup. I am looking forward to easier set ups in the future. We are planning a trip out to Cape Cod this summer for a week.

I look forward to learning a lot from the seasoned RVers here in the forum.

Cheers,

Mike

Welcome to the wonderful world of Hybrid camping!

be sure to post questions or mods about your hybrid, in the Expandable and Hybrid section here at FRF.
there's even a Surveyor sub-section there.

Picked it up today!

Hello All,

Well...It was a great day today as I went up and towed home my brand new 2012 Forest Hill Surveyor Sport SP192T. Originally it was going to be the SP191T but I didn't like the layout as much as I thought I would and the limitation that the single axle created was too much to live with. So for a few extra bucks I got the SP192T.

The kids (6 and 2) were in and out of it and very excited for our camping trips that are coming up this summer. We are doing our first outing at the KOA in Niagara Falls, Ontario for the Canada Day weekend. Then in the middle of July we are going on a three week trip starting in Gananoque, ON; Lake Placid, NY; White River, VT; and then a week at Bay View on Cape Cod. Then we are going to retrace our route back.

I look forward to hearing (or reading as is were) the tips that all of you have to offer.

Mike
