Hi all Bob and Jules here. Bought a new 2401W MBS. We like it....but disappointed with the overall quality and workmanship of this product. The warranty process is difficult to deal with compared to the Jayco we had.
Purchased at Fife Rv in Washington state and will not be dealing with them in the future. Very misleading and very poor service department. They have nothing in stock and no communication skills.
On a good note it’s way easier to get into campsites and good fuel economy. We can both drive it (and it’s super cute).
Once we get everything worked out we will be gone every weekend.
My suggestion to anyone buying any RV is you need to be super handy...otherwise just get a hotel [emoji6]
welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Up in your area RNR at Liberty Lakes has a huge shop 40 bays and does great warranty work.
