New to FRF, Q about WDH

We are soon to take delivery on a new 3006W. I currently use an equilizer 4-point WHD with our existing trailer. The dealer is stating this wont fit the 3006W without modifying the trailer. Those of you with this model (or similar v-nose), what WDH hitch do you use, do you have any pics of it conencted?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum.
I have a 1000# husky bent bar WDH with two friction sway bars. I had no problem with this set up. I have traveled from Ont. to BC and back. We had high winds on return trip. I could feel the trailer being pushed but it had no sway. Passing trucks on the highway does not effect the unit.

As for the equal-i-zer hitch, I have heard this question before from windjammer owners, but can't remember what they found that worked for them. You may wish to call Progress Manufacturing at (800) 478-5578, as well.

There is an almost identical thread going on, here is my recent post to that thread.
