Question New to pop ups and need help

Hi all,
I've just upgraded from tent camping to a pop up and I'm excited about it! Need some help though. I have a 2008 flagstaff 228 MAC and not that I need it today but wonder how I turn the heater on? Also, there is a switch next to the fuse box that turns a pump on under or near the sink, any ideas what i would need that pump for?
In advance, thank you for any help!

When you say heater, do you mean the furnace...or possibly the water heater?

Also the pump is used if you have water in your onboard freshwater tank. The pump gets it from the tank to your faucets.

The thermostat does not have an on/off switch, does that mean its automatic? and if not, how do I turn it on?

Should have a switch tucked up under the bottom of the thermostat. You move it sideways. Doubt it has an automatic thermostat. Older popups usually have a very basic analog thermostat.
