I would think that with the front Living room in the 37RTH that the ceiling is too low to have a ceiling fan.

Its in a spot that really wouldn't impact and fans are not huge and you will be rather impressed on the height of the ceiling...total height of RV is 13'9. some advice is for get All Stay App to use while you travel to assure you route your drives to stay away from low overhead bridges/over passes. All Stay App saved us a few times already.

37RTH

We got ours in Michigan, we are in Upstate NY. Brought it home in March and camped in the Adirondacks 3 weeks later. You will love it. Have no major issues so far. It is tall so pick your routes accordingly. One glitch, the brake on the drive motor for the garage elevation isn't working on one side and that side creeps slowly down. Did not find that at the dealer and you will need to get everything explained at the dealership because the manual is very generic and offers little help for specific issues related to the rth. I am looking for more information about the slide but its hard to find because its a fairly new design. Welcome to the RTH family.

We have an issue with the entryway. The door is warped. They will fix it, but we have to find a certified dealer to do it. They are all 3 hours and two toll bridges away from us. There are a few other issues like drawers not closing correctly and bedroom AC seems a bit loud. We will have them fix this also.

We are currently in the middle of week 2 of a five week trip. We are enjoying the space in the kitchen and living room , but wish the bedroom and bathroom had more space. We love the residential refrigerator! Even the tiny outside fridge has proven handy. We are still figuring out where to keep our stuff so it is easily accessible. We have added toolboxes and drawers to the outside cabinets to organize it all. Overall we love the 37RTH. Looking forward to the rest of our trip.
