New to the forum and new to me 2003 Popup

Hello everyone,

I hope to not only find some help but, hopefully supply some answers down the road. Have not yet went camping with our new to us, 2003 Flagstaff / Forest River Model M-822 pop-up.

Been camping and floating, enjoy the outdoors every time even if it rains. However, We now have a daughter and another on the way, god willin, in May sometime.

Resident of Glen Carbon, IL putting me close to all of Missouri's beautiful country side along with Illinois river bottoms.

Looking for everything from camp site suggestions, to any known issues with the above mentioned camper. Just in case any one needs the owner manual or any other manuals for the M-822 Pop-up I do have then all and willing to scan and send to anyone.

Look forward to using the camper, sharing stories and developing friendships with future campground neighbors and forum users.

Hello, and to the forums. Hope you enjoy the stay, and learn a lot, and can teach others what you already know. Hope you enjoy your camper when you can use it, and your stay here.

I have been lots of places and have some possibilities. There's a campground near a Boy Scout camp that was nice and very friendly people near the town Purdue U is in. Also 3 Rivers Crossing State Park in Idaho. Sweet place and lovely to camp. Richardson RV in the Redwoods of CA is a great place to visit. There is a spot along the CA coast near Pebble Beach that is lovely to visit and near the old Russian Fort, the Hearst Castle, where condors fly, and so much more. Theres a small state or county park near Forks ID, right overlooking the Pacific near the only temperate rain forest in the US and the Olympic Mountains.
Welcome to the forum...and I hope lots of us share wonderful places to hang out in our rvs.
