The Campsite Reserve line is a new trailer line made specifically for Camping World.
Not sure which FR division makes it but I suspect Coachmen.

Welcome to Forest River Forums!
Just Josie
We are from the Sunshine State, on Florida's west coast.
We are H.L. and Jan, our campervan is Greta.
Check both upper and lower forum MENU. On the second lower MENU click on "USER CP" and fill in as much RV information as you want about your RV. This will help other members try to help you fix an issue, as they will go there to check what you may not know to be important to fix the problem. Most needed help questions come back needing basic RV information to know best how to help you.
Now, should you need a USER MANUAL, Forest River has most all their Owner's Manuals online. for most brands. "Forest River Models Click HERE Find your Brand name RV go to the bottom of the page on your left look for. OWNER'S MANUAL, then look for your brand's YEAR, and download your complete owner's manual onto an SD card. Here is a tip on where to do it yourself.

There is some variation among Camping World dealers in things like post-sale service and helpfulness. Caveat Emptor.

I believe it's Cherokee based on the sales manager info from the "contact us" link on the Campsite Reserve webpage.

Welcome from the southern shore of Lake Ontario! We also own the Campsite Reserve but ours is the 25MW. We leave for our third trip of the summer on Sunday. We have had a few bugs that needed to be worked out, mostly substandard factory issues (gas regulator, wonky GFCI, TV screen arrived cracked, antennae didn't work) Camping World did get things resolved, but should have been detected prior to our inspection of the unit. I have been happily building shelves just about everywhere. They give you lots of cavernous storage that needs to be tailored to your own needs. I'm not loving the triangle shaped storage, but am getting used to it.

A good dealer does a Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) with you and promptly fixes all the manufacturing defects found. A great dealer does a Pre-Delivery Inspection before you look at the unit and fixes everything so you are never even aware of the manufacturing defects.

Larry-NC I absolutely agree. I'm not impressed with Camping World in Churchville, NY. All of this should have been corrected before we were aware. New owners should believe their rigs were delivered in perfect condition to help set high expectations. With all of the issues that I identified I am left on edge, always wondering what's next.
I am still having constant issues with the slide fuse blowing on a regular basis. The fuse is in the lowest spot in the cascade which makes it difficult to get to, not to mention having to climb over the dinette if the fuse blows while pulling the slide to the road mode position.

Kate, what is the rating of the fuse that blows? I would normally NEVER recommend this, but there was an issue on some model or other where the fuse was blowing and the factory recommended using a 40 amp fuse in place of the 30 amp fuse that had been fitted.
This is not a continuous-running application. Wires and motors are not going to overheat in the minute or so it take to deploy or retract a slideout. Get the next size at the local auto parts store (Advance Auto, AutoZone, O'Reilly's, etc.)

Kate - sorry to hear about your trouble with CW in Churchville. When we were shopping for our first TT we got an uneasy vibe from them. Our salesperson showed us trailers that were not close to our list of requirements and then failed to follow up with detailed info on 2 units we asked for this on. We went next door to Wilkins and ended up buying from them. CW rated lowest on our experiences compared to Wilkins and Meyers. I'm glad you got your issues addressed, but how could they not catch a cracked TV screen?

Larry - I've also thought about doing this. It is a 30 amp fuse. I hadn't considered the fact that the slide is not a continuous running application. I'm usually hesitant to change a fuse out of it's rating scale, but you bring up a great point.

Mookie58 - I actually didn't catch it. They did, just not before delivery. I hadn't even taken the plastic off of the screen. Our last camper was from Meyers and they did a great job all around.

Welcome from Buffalo, NY. I'm a rookie and recently bought a Campsite Reserve 26CJ. I'd read plenty of pros and cons about these rigs. I went to CW for a Coleman and ended up with the FR Campsite.
During the Pre-delivery inspection, we got a malfunctioning thermostat.
So far, I have had several leakages coming from the filter housing and hoses (a filter with no sealing/0-ring—I bought it from Amazon). I also had issues with that backup camera and the quick-drop stabilizer. Furthermore, I have minor issues with the GFCI circuit (Bathroom, outdoor TV, and mini fridge circuit) and the slide-out pushing the TV corner when fully retracted.
I have been fixing other minor issues by myself upon figuring it out.
I realized there is a 2x2 joist broken underneath the bedroom (visible from the front storage area).
Nonetheless, two campings and counting... we are leaving for the 3rd this weekend - Darien Lake State Park, the week after to Thousand Islands, and will try the Letchworth State Park in October.
