New to the glamping life and struggling

Hello! We are new to this whole glamping life and purchased a Wildwood Grande Lodge. I fell in love with the camper and love our location where we have it permanently. I enjoy time we spend there but am incredibly frustrated with the long list of issues we are having that the dealership seems to be dragging their feet on! Any advice would be amazing!

Skip the dealer. Deal with FR on warrenty items and get pre-approval. Use an RV tech or do the work yourself and have them pay for parts.

Most started as cosmetic issues and hopefully they will be addressed but list a few
We have a leak when it rains it is coming out from under the fridge
The flooring is bubbling up
Window treatments not attached to wall at all
The shower floor feels like it is sagging in the center
The ac is not keeping the unit cool
To name a few

Whatever caused that water leak has evidently been happening for a long time. Ever since it sat on the dealer lot anyway. Sounds like a disaster, I wouldn't doubt you need an entire new floor. I would be trying to find an independent RV repair facility and have it completely inspected. Then investigate lemon laws in your state.

Welcome from Wisconsin.

Sounds like the refrigerator's lower wall vent may be installed upside down, it's not the first time it's been reported. If you also have an upper wall vent you best check it too. While your at it check the drain hose is routed properly, many are just coiled up behind the fridge.

Welcome from SoCal!
Perhaps the best way to approach things is find an independent RV tech you can work with and then call Forest River and get permission for them to do the warranty work. Quality pictures available when you call FR would be useful. Yiu need to get those leaks fixed muy pronto.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Wildwood Grande Lodge isn't something you can easily haul back to the dealer to get things fixed/corrected. IMHO a mobile RV tech is your best bet. Just make sure you get approval from FR first. Hope you get everything resolved to your satisfaction.

We have a 2017 Grand Lodge 4092 BFL and there were mainly cosmetic issues.

One AC will not keep your unit cool. You need two.
