New to this site

I just joined this forum and wanted to say hi. I ordered a Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608BS last November and received it the last of March. I have been browsing on this site for a while now and enjoyed reading about your RV's.

Welcome aboard! I've found this place to be a wonderful source of helpful information - and a friendly, sometimes humorous, atmosphere.

Welcome from northern Maryland. Our best friends have that TT, and it is really nice. The husband did some mods to get more storage out of that front access area, which really helped. The inside already had a ton of storage, but he managed to get more out of the vanity, too. You'll see what could work best for you as you get more familiar with your TT, and that is part of the fun! Safe travels.

Thank you all for your responses. We were able to take a quick three day trip with it this last week and everything worked well. Our biggest surprise was that the mattress was comfortable for both my wife and I. We have had RV's in the past and they were never comfortable. We were going against a strong wind on our return which hurt the gas mileage, but the trailer was stable. Over all it was a good experience.

Hey, welcome from west Michigan!
Now we just need to get some weather in Michigan that's suitable for camping. These wild temperature changes are raising hob with my joints.

Welcome from Wisconsin! We have the same model and love it. Right now we’re in the panhandle of Florida on a 6 week trip, and so far everything is good. The only real challenge was the wind on the way down.

Another West Michigan welcome. We have the 2021 Flagstaff sister-ship of your TT and really like the layout for the 2 of us. Yes, the weather needs to stabilize in our favor. First trip out next week.

The weather here has been interesting this spring. TRD, did you buy your Flagstaff locally? I looked at one at Fun-N-Sun RV last fall.

Yes, bought from FnS. Our custom order was placed with factory in late Jan. 2020 and was completed and ready for shipment on last day before covid shutdown 3-20-20. We picked it up mid April. Feel very fortunate to order when we did. It is titled as a 2021 model.
If you have questions or comments, feel free to PM.
Tim
