New today to FR

We just purchased a 2017 Cedar Creek 36CK2. My plan is to park it at a resort not far from my house so I do not have to buy another truck to haul it with.

My wife and I owned a Jayco 23MRB and took a few trips including New Mexico, S Dakota, Wyoming and Montana. One thing you learn is that you like somebody when living that close for 3 weeks or more... We sold that and one day began looking at other fifth wheels. We decided on the Cedar Creek but did not want the hassle of hauling, setting it up, and tearing it down. So we are going to try this for awhile and see if we like it more.

I did post to some forum on here about the control center on this fifth wheel. If anyone can send me a pic of hoe the inside should look when hooked to a city water connection I would appreciate it. Just want to make sure my valve cocks are all pointing the correct direction.

Cheers!!

Welcome to the forum. We have a TT so I'll let the "5ers" answer your question. We are still hoping to hit the road this year.

Thanks Debit!! Wish you safe travels....hopefully you will go somewhere with low humidity and cool nights. Grand Teton national park is a favorite of mine but lord....you have to book dang near a year in advance to secure a spot

Welcome from Wisconsin. Congrats and enjoy your 2017 Cedar Creek 36CK2. The do make a nice 5th wheel! We had a 37' 5th wheel parked on a seasonal site for ten years. Unload the cooler into the fridge, turn on the water, put out the awning, open a cold one and relax. After 10 years we got the itch to travel again so sold it on the site ans bought a TT.

Thanks for all the welcomes...Nice to be on a board with good people.

I did get my configuration figured out on the control box. So I will not be trying to post a picture.

Safe travels to all.
