New Travel Trailer

Hi everyone, my name is Andrew and my wife Stephanie and I just upgraded from a 1994 Jayco Eagle pop up to a 2017 Coachmen Freedom Express 28SE. We are new to travel trailers. We are very excited about it though. We take delivery on Tuesday and I'm sure we will need more experienced RV'ers advice on a lot of things, so I thought I'd introduce myself. If anyone has any advice for the PDI please don't hesitate to tell me what to make sure I look for.

Thanks

Open and turn on everything. Look at it with a fine tooth comb.

Welcome.
An informative PDI should take hours and can be overwhelming to a newcomer.
As mentioned, video the confusing things so you can go back and refer them them later.
If you don't understand something, keep asking until you do.
Ownership of a unit you don't know how to operate removes most of what the RV is intended for in the first place.... fun and relaxation!
