New Wildwood 39FDEN owner from Ohio

Hello ,
Just purchased a 2015 Wildwood DLX park model, traded in a Crossroads Zinger.
I am happy to find this forum as I am also a very active motorcycle rider and belong to a bike forum that I have learned a lot about my bike , a lot of cool modifications and met some wonderful people.
I am hoping I did not make a mistake by trading in the Crossroads because I have quite a few problems with our new camper
Hoping to learn some tips here and meet some great people.

Have a great evening I can see I have a lot of caching up to do.
Thanks Dave

Welcome to the forum. We've all experienced a problem or two along the way and are here to help solve them or point you in the right direction.

Welcome aboard! Catching up can take a while to do with so much good reading material on this site.

Hopefully all the issues will be taken care so you can just relax and enjoy your Wildwood.

there is no AC coming out of 3 of the overhead vents in the living room, I stuck a camera up there and it appears there is no endcap on the ductwork so I am cooling my inside of my ceiling .

the hot water heater is exposed under the sink and when the hot water heater kicks on you can actually feel heat coming off the sink when you walk past it.

3 of the electrical switches are mounted upside down

sliding screen door falls off constantly ( they did order me a new one but back ordered for a month)

cold water in shower the faucet works backwards right is open left is closed

2 screens had cuts in them

the trim piece on the carpet in the living room is coming un sewed and fraying

something under the slide is destroying the wood floor when we bring the slide in and out

when we are done camping for the year they want to bring back to the dealer and repair the items
we camp 3 days a week and have only used it twice and found all these problems

is all this normal or did I buy a lemon?

Thanks for any input

Welcome to the forum - we are also from Ohio - the Akron area...

Who did you buy it from? Did they give you a thorough PDI?

WarnerX6,do you use this as a (Travel Unit)? The sliding doors (Don't) like travel. In regards to your shower,if your hose outlet comes out the (Top) turn it over (Down) and the knobs will work proper. Youroo!!

This is a park model, hasn't moved since they delivered it, the sliding glass door was messed up from the factory, waiting on a new one to come in.
The hot faucet works correctly only the cold is backwards, if I was to turn it over then the hot would be wrong...correct?
Thanks
