Newbie

Just thought I'd pop on and introduce myself. First time rv'er here. Bought a 2017 fr3 and have been out with it five times. So far so good. I travel with my girlfriend and a Rottweiler and a pitbull. Kinda hard to find a campground that will accept these breed of dogs but we have found a few. Gonna be picking peoples brains on the in and outs of the fr3. Im sure I'll find alot of good information on this site.

Welcome aboard

I can only imagine finding a campground with those two dogs. Been in a couple of campground who supposedly had a one dog rule. I found green works well to solve that situationlol

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your FR3. I don't think it's the campgrounds that set the rules/limits on dog breeds, their insurance companies do. So the campgrounds have to go along with it. Not to bash any certain breeds but I've seen many very well behaved Rottweilers and some unruly other breeds.

Yup..most if them say its the insurance they carry. Its funny to see a well behaved pitbull or rottie and have a poodle or yorkie starting all the trouble 😁
