Newbie from OK

Happy Monday All. The Wife and I just purchased a 2004 Forest River Surveyor SV-190T Hybrid. This is our first camper, but we have been shopping for the last couple of years, trying to find what suited us. After coming close to buying new a couple of times, this 2004 dropped in our lap yesterday at a deal I couldn't pass up.

It is solid, with only a few minor issues to address. I will list them at bottom of post for anyone who might could give advice.

I do appreciate any and all advice and assistance given out. I will be pulling this with my 2018 F150. I have a laundry list of stuff set to order. Will list below as well. Again, advice is welcome!!! Look forward to chatting and learning!

Issues to Address:
1.) Bathroom light and fan inop. Fuses good
2.) New C jack for front end
3.) New Canvas for awning.

Items in cart to buy:
1.) WD hitch with sway bars
2.) Water pressure regulator
3.) Sewer hose kit (15')
4.) 30amp extension cord (25')
5.) Chocks + x-chocks. (Maybe, thoughts?)
6.) 30amp Surge protector
7.) Tpms for trailer
8.) Magnetic level
9.) Coupler lock
10) water filter
