I'm an ex-pat from the UK living in Portland Oregon, early 50's, empty nester, Hubby & I like to camp.
Just signed up to this forum after buying a 2018 Flagstaff HW27KS. Before that I had 2007 Fleetwood Westlake and camped in that for 11 years. I've only owned the Flagstaff for 2 weeks & already I'm not impressed with the build quality & definitely know it won't last 11 years!! I do however love the floorplan & overall look of the Flagstaff, it looks so fancy. I'm 5ft 1&-a-bit so the HW side is definitely a challenge to set up solo, but with a step stool and determination, I got it! I'm towing with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (rated to tow 6400) but I'm thinking of trading that out soon.
It might be a while before I actually get to camp. my first 3 trips were booked at State Parks so they have all been cancelled.
