Newbie from Sudbury, Ontario Canada

Well we finally did it! We purchased our first trailer after having spent many, many years at the family cottage on Trout Lake near the French River area in Northern Ontario. We wanted to offer our children new adventures and thought this would be the perfect way for us to see other parts of the "world".

We took delivery of our Hemisphere 312QBUD yesterday and have it parked in the driveway for the next week as we fill it with our necessities and review the multiple checklists we have printed out from numerous sources.

The kids (10, 8 & 6) are so excited that they slept in it yesterday and have set up shop again tonight with friends while they watch a movie. If this is how much fun it is when in the driveway, I can't wait to start "camping" at the various sites.

I look forward to interacting with all of the great people on the forum.

Life is GOOD!!

Guy

neighbour! You are gonna have tons of fun, eh? Just got back from a circle around Manitoulin and the Bruce. Stopped at a great family oriented campground on Manitoulin called Batman's, not too far from you. Samuel Champlain Provincial Park is another favourite. We will be stopping by Chutes Provincial Park not far from Sudbury on our way back from the F.R.O.G. Rally. So many great places in the north to go!

Welcome Guy! I grew up a little south of you. We love Killbear Park just north of Parry Sound. Spent some time at Providence Bay T&T Park on Manitoulin Island, loved it too. Have seen some pics & reviews of Grundy Lake PP, it's on our bucket list. Enjoy your new trailer!
