Hello, purchased a 2012 Sanibel 3500 in April of 2012. With the exception of a recent problem of the fresh water tank straps coming undone, my wife and I are very pleased with the design, craftsmanship, and user friendly features of this beautiful 5th wheel. We've been married 42 1/2 years and this is our 6th camper/motorhome/trailer/toy hauler/5th wheel and definitely the nicest. Due to both of us having a major surgery in 2012 we didn't get to use it much last year but are hoping to rectify that in 2013 and beyond. Just returned from our longest trip to date last week and am very happy to report the Sanibel pulled like a dream up and down steep grades and on windy roads. Looking forward to meeting new friends here and addressing some minor issues with the trailer.
First a big congrats on your 42 1/2 years of marriage! When people ask how long DW and I have been married I respond "too". They ask, "Two years?" and I say, "no, too long." Of coarse after 28 years I'm smart enough to say this when DW isn't within earshot . Hope you get alot more use out of your 2012 Sanibel 3500 this year.
Congrats on your successful surgeries, years of marriage and back on the road again! We'll be at 35 in june.
