Newbie from Virginia

Hey everyone!

My wife and I are in the process of buying a 2002 29ft Sandpiper travel trailer, which is located on a permanent waterfront site at Lake Anna in Mineral, Virginia. We love camping and have been tent camping for years, and are avid outdoor enthusiasts. This will be our first trailer - I don't even know exactly where to begin or what the right questions to ask are!!! Hope to find lots of good information here!
