It went good. We did not hook up to city water as we didn't have the correct hose, so we used the fresh water tank. We'll get the hose next time. Also, we didn't hook up to sewer because my husband didn't want to deal with that for "two turds". LOL. So we used the camp bathrooms for #2. We'll empty our black water after this next weekend of "real camping". We were literally 6 miles from home and brought our car, but were quite impressed with ourselves that we didn't forget anything that we really needed. There were a lot of permanent residents so it didn't feel like real camping, but we just wanted to get our feet wet close to home. I spent most of my time inside lining shelves and getting organized. There wasn't much of a view to enjoy outside. LOL I'm so excited to go on a real trip and fully set up a campsite.
