Newbie in North Carolina

Newbie to the forum, plenty of camping under my belt from my childhood, 4 years in the Marine Corps, and a few excursions as an adult.

My wife and I have been wanting to start traveling and camping now that we are empty nesters. We have been looking to buy a camper when my father in law decided to upgrade his 2018 Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S to a bigger model. My wife and I asked to buy it and instead got it gifted to us. It only has two trips on it and could pass for new.

We are excited to be picking it up from them this week or next and begin our travels. Our son attends ECU and we are going to be attending home football games so having the camper will save us a fortune on hotels.

Hoping to get lots of feedback from other owners and pick up tips and advise along the way!

Chris

Welcome from Georgia. Yep, ha, you did have lots of "camping" experience with the misguided children. Wow, you can't beat the deal you got on the Rockwood, you'll enjoy it. Lots of good folks here with plenty of experienced help and advice.
