Newbie nomenclature questions

I'm seriously considering purchasing a new Lexington and am thrilled to find this forum. The fact that the forum exists raises my confidence in the FR product line.

I have read the unfavorable reviews from unhappy folk but am, as yet, undeterred.

Newbie question: is there a list somewhere that explains the abbreviations used in FR products? For example, I've figured out that GTS is Grand Touring Series, but what are the differences between a GTS and regular model? What's a W floorplan, etc?

I think you will find that it really doesn't matter the manufacture their will always be things that go wrong. I'm on our 4th fr product and have very little issues with any of them. Good luck with your choice I don't think you can go wrong.

Check out the Forest River web site. All their products will be there. Go to the sunseeker or forester section and download the features .pdf.Lot of info on storage area, tank capacities and different units. Though I dont think the new GTS w unit is there yet.Finally the search box at the top right of the page works great you may have to adjust the time frame on the results page to get recent posts
