newbie scheduled to close on Friday

Okay a couple of questions related to the closing on Friday. This is info from the initial order and the final order. What is the DOC fee? What is the DMV processing fee for? Am I being charged almost $500 for these DOC & DMV fees? Seems a little obtuse to me. I am requesting comments before I pick up the phone.


Order # (initial dated 062822; final dated 070522)
line item described as DOC fee on initial order $254
line item described as DOC fee on final order $230
Misc tax line item described as CVR fee on final $24
Interesting that it totals $254.

Added misc non-tax item on initial (ga plate) $15
Added misc non-tax item (DMV processing, intransit plate) on final $225

Won't even pretend to know what fees are legit or not . the intransit plate sure sounds like a bogus charge . you can always tell them remove these charges or walk , Maybe get half removed .

I would have them show me the bills/invoices/DMV stuff etc. If they are estimates, I'd want to know if the rebates/change is coming later.
