You’re correct in that many class Cs do not come with spare tires. However, the 16 inch rims on the typical class C are quite manageable. In nearly 25 years of class C ownership, no one other than me has ever removed/installed the wheels on my rigs.
I wouldn’t buy a class C that didn’t come with a spare tire/wheel, and to your point, that eliminates a lot of them.
