Noob from north Georgia
Hi Group:
My So and I picked up our first "real" travel trailer -- a 2021 Work and Play 21LT -- this past July from Hatfield RV in Ohio. Camped for the next three nights across the street (literally) in a nice state park to find out what we didn't know about having a factory-made travel trailer with all the necessities built-in.
Then headed east to pick up a motorcycle in Washington. PA before heading back home to Georgia, boondocking a night in a friendly Cracker Barrel along the way. We then parked it in a barn I had built earlier in the summer while waiting for the unit to be assembled.
We've had fun making some mods to the interior (mostly making the garage area more livable), and may find ourselves living full-time in it during the colder months of the upcoming winter. With that in mind, I have to admit I don't recall exactly what our salesperson mentioned about the trailer being 3- or 4-season, nor do I know what exactly the limitations of either classification might be in regard to hard freezes. The underbelly is enclosed and heated. Where do I find more information on what I'll need to do in order not to have to fully winterize the unit any afternoon when the weatherman calls for a freeze?
TIA
