Order is in for Geo Pro 19FD.
After a year of research we finally pulled the trigger and ordered a Geo Pro. I would like to thank all in this forum for the wealth of information I have gathered over the past year. Once we receive TT new ? will come to light and I will know where to look.
TV will be a 2019 Ford Ranger which is plenty of truck for the Geo Pro.

Love ours. What is tongue weight limit on the Ranger? Realistic tongue weight on these is approaching 700 lbs if you plan on using bike rack, and upgrade your batteries.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your up coming purchase of a Geo Pro19FD. Make sure to do a good PDI make them fix any issues you find before leaving dealer. Later RJD

750 is tongue weight and 7600 for overall tow weight. With truck weight somewhat light i did not want anything over 3500.

Should be good then. Impressive tongue weight limit on such a small truck. Lots of older threads you can search about what us Geo/Epro owners have done to improve our 'rigs'!
**Tim, go into User CP and make a signature with your trailer and tow vehicle particulars when you get chance.

Yeah, but these aren’t exactly “large”, and they are aluminum framed.
This model runs 3167# from factory. Tongue weight from factory is 418# and supposedly factored with full propane tanks (74#?)
I would have thought high 5-low 6 with 2 batteries and bikes/rack.

just so we all are not talking about different things. Truck is rated for 750 not the weight of geo pro.

But it doesn't include the weights of batteries, water, factory options, dealer add-ons and trailer cargo. A Jack-It bike rack and a couple of bikes will easily add another 100lbs+ to the tongue weight .

Correct, but his statement is you could easily reach that tongue weight just by adding a 2nd battery, 2 bikes and some cargo. Weight management will be key.

It's all beer weight! Just kidding, that's just some of it. If we are to believe unloaded hitch weight of TT is about 400....

150 two Golf cart batts
100 Jackit/power jack/two bikes
80 WDH
That's 730 lbs before putting a thing in trailer. Not a packrat, but just basic stuff is going to add AT LEAST another 100 lbs. I really need to weigh my tongue, this is just an estimate.

I’d be loading up the ass end with all my “stuff”, which means loading the tub up with the beer and ice!!! Should be enough to offset those batteries! 😆

I actually do try to put a lot of stuff back there to offset front weight a bit. Bathtub typically has 2 large bins full of dry goods and stuff. I'm actually afraid to put the bar supplies in the bathtub, that all the weight bouncing around in there might somehow damage the tub, so I put the boxes of liquor in bed of truck, better load bearing!
