Returning to camping

Hello all, My name is Kevin and my wife Linda are returning to camping after a 10 year break to look after elder family members. 11 years ago we sold our 8 foot pop up and began looking for a small hard top camper. During our looking the first of the ailing family members came down with cancer so we stopped looking to be with family. As time went on he passed and we spent summers with the remaining family member as she aged until recently she got ill and passed this spring. Im 60 and Linda is 57, we have two grown children who are happy we decided to once again return to camping. In the past 2 weeks we purchased a 2015 Wolf Pup FQ16 used only 6 times in 5 years. In Ontario with our fall schedule we stored the trailer last weekend and will return to Winterize and tarp for our harsh winters and begin to plan camping come spring Covid depending.
Looking forward to any chats or tips and some forum reading in the next few months.

Thanks guys. Funny that my first adventure with the new camper will be putting it to sleep. I have all the owners manuals for the factory loaded equipment in the Pup and have read them all. The trailer is stored at my daughters farm about 90 minuts from where i live and the hours before parking it I drained the red & blue hoses coming through the floor in the kitchen and another drain a few feet away from it more toward the water heater. Ive read I have to remove and inspect the anoid rod from the water tank which empties the 6 gallons from there. Then remove the input hose from the pump and replace with a pickup hose inserted into RV Antifreeze so it can push antifreeze into the pipes. Anyone know what size i/d hose I will need? The pump according to the paperwork has 1/2" fittings but im assuming that is 1/2" pipe thread hose fittings not the actual hose id? Then add some antifreeze to the drains and tarp it up till spring. Anything I missed?

Follow up new to RV question.
The trailer is equipt with solar panel wiring so that the battery gets recharged by the sun which i get but how much does that replace in say a group 24 deep cycle battery? I know it has to be in full sun etc and may only be called upon if boon docking or a RV site malfunction but I guess im asking is this a recommended feature?
