have the bunk seals ever been changed in all that time?
hybrids require more maintenance than other types of trailers, because of the two big holes in the front and back.
just like roof caulking, on any RV type, needs to be constantly checked for cracks or tears.
bunk seals require inspection constantly and seals that are that old, could be cracked or compressed after all that time and may allow water intrusion.
