Sure, during PDI all seals and caulking is checked, Propane filled, battery installed, roof inspection, drop test is performed on the propane system, water system is pressure checked, all appliances are fired up and adjusted for proper flame, Wheels pulled, bearings checked, shackles checked, State Inspection (brakes, running lights etc), drawer, doors etc checked for proper fit, lights, electronics checked, slide operation, power jacks, leveling systems and about 50 other functions that are on our PDI sheet for a towable product. On average our Tech. spends around four hours on a PDI. That does not include any warranty repairs or adjustments found during the PDI.
During an orientation we concentrate on teaching and demonstrating the use and care of the camper and its features, not inspecting and adjusting.
