Rv'ing Again

I got a Keystone fifth wheel back in 2011 and in 2013 I got a Tiffin 32' gas motorhome. I sold it and got a Newmar 41' DP in 2017. I sold the Newmar about two years ago after moving to NW Arkansas. Recently my wife and I decided to get on the road again. Before we were taking trips a month or two long. This time our trips will about two weeks long. So we sold our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and bought a Chevrolet 2500HD truck. We then bought a Forest River Vibe 26RB.

So this spring my wife and I plus Sophie (Yorkie) will be rv'ing again. It will be a lot different than what we did in the past, but we are looking forward to it again.

Congratulations on your new Vibe and welcome to the forum!

Looked at the unit on the FR website and it's got a lot of neat features. The pantry behind the tv is a nice touch. I can't quite figure out why it's 'pet friendly' though.

pet friendly

I have a factory installed ring outside for a dog leash with a nice label! I don't have a dog anymore.I don't think the cat would like it too much.

Our Yorkie slips and slides on all but carpeted floors. In our past motorhome I had a 3' x 10' rug/runner down the middle of it. I will get something similar for the Vibe.

Welcome to the forum and welcome back to RV'ing. I hope you are getting better weather than we are here in Wisconsin. It is currently -10 degrees outside. I think I will wait a few weeks befor3e heading out with the TT.

Not much better. We got 5" of snow a week ago and this week we got 1 1/2" ice/snow mix. This is why the TT is still sitting at the dealer. A few weeks back it got down to -5 degrees. This Louisiana boy wants some warmer weather. My wife grew up in Milwaukee and she commented she has never seen it like we had it yesterday.
