I feel you pain - our house - where we store our 5er is a "Nature Preserve" - we love our furry friends but HATE it when they dig and gnaw!

Couple of things you can do!
For us- we do as others have suggested and have feeders out -- the critters, for some reason, prefer corn and seeds to rubber wiring...go figure! :roll eyes:

Another thing you can do is this:
1.25 lb Critter Ridder Granular Animal Repellent | Havahart Granules Reviews
They sell powder and sprays - I would spray all my exposed wires and maybe anything in the undercarriage as well (wear protective glasses and a mask!)

Another item some of our friends used to keep their spas and backyards clear was this:
Amazon.com: RODAR II Ultrasonic Pest Repeller: Patio, Lawn & Garden

DOn't see why it would not work on a RV and 3,000 SQ foot is a pretty good standoff!
