Texas fun
Greetings!
100% Disabled vet and just got me a 2005 Rockwood Roo 238 I believe is the model. Was mouse-infested and the owner didn't want to deal with it. 1 inch high waste from front to back and they pretty well destroyed all the fabric material. Picked it up for 1k.
It's 1st layer cleaned and sanitized but the bunk tents had to be ripped out along with the curtains, cushions, pretty much everything. Outside is real clean after a power wash and all electric is intact and operational. I'll add a few pics to this post later, have to run off for a VA appointment.
Glad to be HERE!

My experience has been on humid days the smell always comes back and I didn’t have 1” waste. Of course I’m just spitballing as I don’t know exactly what you have to deal with. An ozone generator has been helpful, but not 100%. I also had the idiot dealers attempt to clean by dumping a bleach solution, letting it soak but not clean it up so that could have something to do with it.
Good luck! And also thank you for your service

It sounds like you've got quite a lot of work ahead of you. Mice tend to nest in furnaces and the roof, so make certain you vacuum and disinfect those areas (wearing a respirator) once you get rid of the mice.
Welcome to the forum.

Good point. I basically tore down my entire camper, every corner seemed to turn up a little mouse nugget. That ESPECIALLY included the furnace, that I took out and tore down all the way to cleaning the control board that had stuff all over it.

Hi and Welcome to FRF.
Sounds like you either have a Rockwood Roo hybrid or a Rockwood popup.
Not aware of any 238 model. I had a Rockwood Roo 23SS hybrid.

Thanks for the warm welcome
Here's some pictures of where we are at. The starting point was like something out of CUJO... a horror story. I wasn't able to get the LAST major mice pile under the seat because I have to put the pop-out out in order to work at that area so that's next on the list along with more cleaning. The bunk tent panels have damage at the bottoms which I filled in pretty much with expanding foam so far. Picture #5 is the ceiling in the bathroom. They ate into it so it's first level filled with "great stuff"... The last picture is the "clean" floor after it looked like the floor section under seat (left side). Right side is now clean.

Boy that is…..something. Mine was not nearly as bad as that, kudos to you for putting in the work. I know you said the electric was fine, but I would still look over all wiring for chew marks and possibly thin areas. For wood, I found this Clorox urine remover aimed at pets, but it soaked into wood and foamed out stains and stuff. I think it was peroxide based. Again, good luck

After I finish 1st round cleaning, I'm gonna rent a sprayer from Home Depot and spray chlorine on everything and let it soak/dry for a couple days while airing out more.
