Texas winery hitting the road

Hello to all fellow RVers. Just purchased an FR3 34DS, excited about traveling this great country. Anxious to do some boondocking and share some great wine with other travelers.

Hi and Welcome to FRF!
I grew up in Sonoma Valley and the DW and I also lived in Napa Valley. She worked for 3 different famous wineries, including the top 2 most visited ones.

You should check out Harvest Hosts if you're not already familiar with them. A nice way to travel and sample nice wineries, breweries and other points of interest.

Hi Stan,
Yesterday, we purchased a 2021 FR3 DS because it ticked a lot of boxes for us. Have you had yours long enough to provide any insights to a new owner?
Thanks,
Cliff

We just made our first trip, had a great time with no issues. Next on our list is a trailer to haul our Subaru.

Come see us in Johnson City, TX. We have a few wineries around here. (sarcasm is on by the way)

Welcome from Erie PA. The southern shores of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario from Ohio to NY are covered in wineries. Start in Ohio. Once you get to the southeast side of Ontario, head to the Finger Lakes. Between camping, site seeing, and wineries you could spend an entire summer in this region and never run out of places to go!

I understand your post to say you have your own winery and are interested in sharing your great wine. Sign me up, happy to oblige if we meet on the road

Yep, drop me a PM and meet me at the winery where I work and I'll do a bottle swap.

We are Harvest Hosts too, so I'll have you a place to stay.

Lots of wineries here in the Hill Country, as you likely already know.

That area is on our list! Hopefully in 2021.
