Thanks for letting me in

I am fairly new at this. After my husband of 45 years died, I gave my house to my youngest son and bought a motorhome to live in FT. After about a year, I finally took it on a trip. I loved driving it. But I couldn't justify 6mpg. So about 3 months ago I bought a 2017 Coachmen Catalina. I am so happy in it. I don't plan on moving it much, but if I do, my son has a truck to tow it. It might be used for family vacations. It sleeps 11.
I am the mom of a Chihuahua and a Japanese Chin.

Welcome GrammyH! Sorry to hear about your husband, and glad that you have found something and somewhere that makes you happy. Enjoy your Catalina! MJ

Thumbs up Greeting Grandma

Welcome to the forums. We love having new folks join us. You'll find that there is a wealth of help and support from the people here. You have any RV questions, this is the place to come. And sometimes we just get into discussions about different things. Of course, they frown on it when we start to get political, so we have to watch that.

I found when my DW (Dear Wife) passed away in 2007 and then my youngest son who had Downs Syndrome followed her a little over 4 months later that it was a TT (travel trailer) that helped me keep my sanity. And so far, I'm still keeping it!

Keep coming back, even if all you're doing is following topics about your TT. Disclaimer: The forums have been known to get addictive, but it's a good adiction.
