Upgrading from tents!

We had a luxurious tent (it was quite large for the 2 of us), but now we will have a yooge TT instead!

Just bought a Vibe Extreme Lite 277 RLS and cant wait for the snow to depart so we can go camping!

We are in Winnipeg Canada and plan to get a fixed site, but will also take it out on the road to see stuff!

Cheers!

fifty years ago my wife and I began tent camping with a trip to Riding Mountain National Park in your great province. We have since moved on to a pop-up, VW van, trailer, motorhome, and back to a trailer.
Welcome to the RV side of camping, if we ever get back to RMNP we will wave as we pass through Winnipeg.

Spent the first 40 years of my life camping in a tent all over the great state of Arizona. When I turned 18 bought my first tent for $20. Loved it. As years went by and more money was made the tents got better. Went from a little tent I could barely crawl into up to a cabelas alakanak. All the while dreaming of the day I could afford a trailer. And that day finally arrived 2 years ago. I love my trailer! If I ever miss the tent I just throw a rock under my big comfy queen size bed to remind me of the good ole days. That rock never stays there very long.
Congrats on your new trailer. Your going to love it.

Welcome from east of Toronto, and congrats on your new Vibe. You’re following the path of many here at FRF although many, like myself, went from tent to popup to hybrid to TT. You jumped a few steps!

There are a few other members here from the “Winterpeg” area.
