What's up my new friends
Hello Everyone, My name is Moyer and joining this group this evening to get started in my new RV journey.
My family and I are new owners of a brand new 2022 Coachman Apex nano, 25". We are avid campers and wanted to take our camping to the next level.
I am new to pulling a trailer too. With zero experience, i bought a 12' covered utility trailer a couple years ago. Hooked it up with all of the camping gear and used it and learned to pull a trailer with it. I am certainly not an expert but certainly feel more comfortable with the job.
We also have rented a c class for the passed couple of years. This gave me experience with the length and the workings of a RV unit.
The Apex is currently sitting in my driveway, winterized. This will be my next thing that I have to figure out, how to de-winterize.
I look forward to participating with all of you on this forum and having a community to fall back on when issues arise. Thank you in advance.

The biggest part of de-winterizing will be finding the backside of you water heater and locating the bypass valves there. You will likely have to reset the water heater bypass valves so that water flows through the water heater, rather than bypassing it. Check the outside side of your water heater for a drain plug/anode rod on the bottom and that it is installed. Do not turn on propane or the electric element (if you have one) to the water heater until you are sure it is not bypassed and it is full of water.

Welcome from WA state. Your driveway is an excellent place for you to camp out and try the various items in your TT. You can do this while it is winterized.

Welcome from SW Florida. This an other Forums are great learning tool. yrs ago prior to buying my 1st RV i started looking at these sites. learned a lot prior to getting a DP Class A. I'm now on my 2nd one but it's a 5th Wheel. When u hit the home page, u see all the Sub forums, Learn from other ppl's mistakes, adventures, fixes, the whole 9 yards.
