Angry No power when on shore power

We brought our 2004 Reflection home and plugged it into 30 amp shore power, but no power -- no slideouts worked, no electricity, no refrigerator. It has been at the repair shop for 6 hours now and they cannot find cause. Any ideas? We were supposed to leave on vacation today.

If you have a generator with a auto transfer switch then check auto-transfer switch for bad control/switch......
