12V Near Steps on Sabre 36BHQ

Hi all, the Sabre 36bhq doesnt come with a porch light or courtesy lights. I'd like to add something.

My two ideas are tie into the battery switch but that would be a very long run. Second idea is to connect to 120 in the nearest bay. I dont like either idea either.

Any ideas on the best strategy for finding hot 12v near the entrance stairs?

Thanks,

I think the only way to find a line is to pull the underbelly and look. But identifying the purpose of that line will be a hassle.

Is it shorter/easier to pull a new line from the distribution panel vs. straight from the battery?
