2014 356QBQ modifications

hey everybody,I got a question that manufacturer and dealer don't give a crap about.
I bought my camper brand new last may and after 1 season with it we realized that there are several things that was really not thought through very well..
starting in the bunk house bathroom, the exhaust fan is so high up that you need a stepladder to open it.
in the bunkhouse,it only has 2 windows in it and 1 is covered up by the bunkbed.
the bunkhouse door entering from the kitchen puts the doorknob in the face of any guests sitting near the bunkhouse..
so to make this long winded question shorter, If I make ANY alterations to what the factory design is,does that change value or any warranty on this rig?

Your value won't change if the modifications are done well and are something that aren't overly specific to your preferences.

Warranty-wise, it comes down to what you do and how extensive the mods are. Cutting more windows likely would.
