2019 Mirada SL Heating Duct problem

Hello all,
out looking around the RV and found a problem that is alarming on my floor heat duct. The seal has come out of position and is hanging down at the driver-side rear wheel well.
How do I solve this?
The seal is hanging down pull the rest off or try to push it back in?
How would you clean the surface between the duct and the floor to reseal this?
Also, what sealant? the temp of the duct ranges from 35F to 115F and is exposed to the outdoors
Not sure if the duct is even insulated, i know it is not on the inside.

Try a ProFlex sealer or some other non silicone sealer and follow the cleaning and preparation instructions on the product. Just stay away from silicone.
There are some good construction adhesive sealers out there or go to an RV supply.
