206 LTD, Sink, Refrigerator and Heater Removal

Hello,

I'm new here and hope I'm posting this in the right place, sorry if I didn't. I've just bought a used popup, a 2008, Flagstaff 206LTD, which needs some minor repairs. Just wondering how easy it is to remove the sink (maybe the fridge and furnace combo too).

Reason being is that I want to build a small platform for another bed and we never use the sink, fridge, furnace. With the fridge folded down, I can put a small piece of plywood to span the camper to make into a platform for a bed. I initially thought that I could just remove the sink and still get to the fridge, but now I'm wondering if I should just take everything out and make more storage.

Has anyone here done something similar with success?

Thanks so much, and please direct me to the right place if I posted in the wrong area.
