Just finished reading some of the other posts and thanks all for the comments! I'm heading out of town for today but I'll get some pictures of where the ends attach to the factory brackets and post them up when I get back. FYI, on out model of TT the channel (previously angle iron) attaches to a piece of angle iron welded to the frame. That angle piece is slotted fore to aft with a 1/2" wide slot so I slotted my channels 1/2" by roughly 1" long along their length. That allowed me to use the 7/16-14 bolts with enough clearance to avoid binding.

I don't remember who posted the picture of the sagging tank but WOW! Sort of looks like me if I laid face down on one of those strap type lounge chairs

From you photo I can't tell because the Coroplast is back in place but did you place the cross brace in the center of the tank? Essentially pushing the boobs back up in the tank?

I only ask because if the bottom of the tank was able to stretch that much, so can the top. Now that the bottom is not able to balloon, be careful you don't push your floor up when filling.

There have been reports of that very thing happening after reinforcement.

Mine came with 2 supports and I replaced those 2 with the bigger steel channel that I showed in the picture. Mine didn't balloon anything close to the ones in that picture posted before. I would have put on at least 2 support pieces if that was my trailer.

Yes it's in the center. This was a while ago and I've checked it filled with no further issues. The deformation seemed to correct itself after the support and sits flat now.

OK, here's a couple picks of the channel bolted to the factory angle bracket that is welded to the frame
