Adding Ceiling Lights

I have a 2015 Primetime Crusader 294RLT fifth wheel with a kitchen island that could really use some overhead lighting. Recently while at an RV show I have seen newer models with lights there I though adding some would be a good idea. The problem is there is no light there now so finding power my be an issue. Has anyone done this mod? I'd appreciate any advice on how you did it. I attached photos that I took at the RV show.

Thanks

Finding a fixture would be the easy part. I would not even want to try and run the wire for the light or the switch. Maybe some body has a crafty way of fishing wire through a camper wall? Or you could use some of the surface mount cable hider systems.

The older Crusaders have pendant lights above the islands that direct light downward ....maybe you could change the two in the middle or one on each end to a hanging pendant fixture
