Air Dam for Dually

Finally finished my air dam for my pickup. My son and I fabricated the frame and installed a used air dam from a commercial truck. Testing it on last trip defiantly
helped to keep the bug line to the top of the fiver's front.

Had one on a 78 Chevy with a topper mounted to the rear of the topper and I adjusted it to deflect the bugs off the 24' Golden Nugget tt. Did it help mileage? Couldn't see any difference, but didn't really care at the time as we usually pulled 70-75 mph and never had tire problems either.

I just got one for my X and 11.5 tall TT. Found it on Craigslist and paid $75 for it. It is adjustable. Mine lays back farther than yours. I gained 1.5 MPG with it! Well worth it for me. The big thing is to get the air up over the front of the trailer without it curling back down.
